Making a purchase:
Making a purchase could hardly be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card or Switch debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain, place your order and your credit/debit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this will indicate only that we have received your order; it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will acknowledge acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipping. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you before processing your order.
Shipping and Handling:
For products purchased directly from SONAS Multimedia, shipping charges from the United Kingdom of Great Britain, as listed on the SONAS Multimedia site, will apply. A flat rate £1.50 handling charge is added to the cost of each shipment and appears in the postage total. Free Shipping is available for orders totalling £30 or more. If you are ordering products from another company via links from our site, the shipping and handling charges of that company will apply
Delivery Schedule:
If the goods that you require are in stock, we will normally process and ship your order to you within 14 business days. International orders should arrive within 4 weeks. Please allow 28 days for delivery before contacting us by phone or e-mail.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, please let us know if you would like us to notify you by e-mail when it becomes available. Alternatively, you may simply check back to the site at a later date.
Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy:
SONAS Multimedia do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses (if the address book is used) and to store your details for future purchases from our site. Returns Policy:
If you have purchased an item in error, you may return it for a refund within 28 days of purchase, as long as the plastic wrapping is still intact. You will then be responsible for returning the item to us, taking reasonable care to see that it is not damaged in transit and that it is received within 14 days of the request for a refund. The value of the item will then be refunded to the card by which the purchase was made. If you are returning an item which was purchased on your behalf by a third party, the refund will be made to the card with which the purchase was made. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
